Hello, I wanted to seek anyone’s guidance regarding my promotion from p to pa. unfortunately, I was not promoted in Q4 2024 because i received a 2 rating in my latest YEA 2024. My manager explained that my "go perform comments were positive and there were no issues with my performance or work quality. The sole reason for my 2 rating was non compliance with timesheet requirements, which caused my timesheet status to be marked as red.
I would like to know if there is any possibility of being considered for promotion in the upcoming quarter, or if the promotion would happen next year instead. A friend of mine inquired with HR about the promotion timeline for employees with a 2 rating, and they were informed that such promotions may occur in the next quarter. Could you please let me know if this information is accurate or if it’s just a false hope? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions regarding my situation.
These year Definitely u will not get promotion because of ur rating next year u can get
My HR said the basic criteria for getting promoted is having 3 and above rating and with rto compliance and skill and go perform completed status for last year ,
As u said u got 2 rating , better to have direct convo with your HR itself they can u clarity .
There is only one way to get promotion for 2 rating.
Your domain director should review your performance if he/she is satisfied with your performance. Then your domain director can recommend your promotion with top priority.
If your domain director recommends you will definitely get promotion.
