How much time we need to serve before even considered for onsite for someone joined as PAT and how they nominate for the on-site opportunity

There isnt any issue with the designation i went to onsite for 6 months as PA. The only criteria is you should complete at least one year in cognizant.

Minimum designation is SA but now a days preference is for M or above due to client facing requirements

Don't think about an onsite opportunity, the Eroupian market was falling down. Better we stay here 😁. Come to your point. It is based on your performance and position. Your destination should be SA.
