Hi , there is one thing I do love about cognizant , they provide ample of opportunities to upskill and get certified in I got 4 certifications in 2 months. And still pursuing 3 others , atleast we can take advantage of these right?
Bro certificates doesn't matter, skills matter. You can skip all the udemy videos to the end and still get the certificate.
You're right man but still even if not in cognizant , it does matter in getting you closer to maang or some product based companies to impress with , atleast 15 percent impact on your profile isn't it?
Every company does that because they can show they have accredited technical people. So actually it's a goal for each Business Unit to get people certified.
Yeah , I worked in ibm and Accenture they do that but it's all at reimbursement policy which is a bit uncomfortable but here you get vouchers available prehand just on basis of some courses
It's for Salesforce and some applications they give vouchers prehand otherwise it's all reimbursement.
