Trending @Cognizant; One quick question!
I am in PDP , I have been trying to apply for projects on TMP , got few interview calls but the catch is they want me to relocate to Hyderabad/chennai /Pune etc. However I do not want to relocate to any of these locations and work from my nearest Cognizant location Noida.
What should I do? Will they consider my request?
In PDP they might not allow..you can drop an email to your HM and ask them to approve the request then only your location can be changed.
My idea is prove yourself make yourself as critical resource by relocating then hit the managers and ask for permanent wfh
Don’t you relocate if you get to work in USA ? Why do you hesitate to relocate within INDIA ? Once you are in PDP, it’s a time bomb ticking for your force resignation.. Better think of it. Do you want good project or good work location ?
Relocation with peanuts, does not makes sense...your expenses will increase to large extent..
Depends upon projects . For UK, USA shifts they will also allow permanent WFH
