Sometimes my work requires me to log in on weekends, never have I ever got that compensation

Yeah you get nothing as onboarding kit, once you join a project,raise the request for headset, bag and some other accessories which you want.

I only got laptop. Nothing else. Most companies give backpack, water bottle, headset, mouse, note book, pen. But here nothing.

There is nothing like an onboarding kit in cognizant.... U have to raise requests for everything 😞
