Put down the papers, then HR will contact you and your HM. If you are important resource for project, then your HM will ask the HR to negotiate with you. Else they would just accept your resignation.

Looking into the current scenario, until n unless you are too important for project they will simply accept your resignation.

Bro, I don't know about duckcreek developer but C++ definitely have the scope especially in health tech and core computing companies.

You yourself need to take a call, taking all the factors into consideration.
