Hi, Is there any update or confirmation or any update related to the hike for the employee who got promoted in October month.

I got promoted to Associate in October, will I get Hike in November.

Please provide any other information if you have anything else to share..!

If it's standard promotion you will get but if promotion is outside cycle then hike is not possible

Yes, because it is a Yearly hike which CTS gives on the basis of performance rating.

What if someone got promoted to M level in november, will they also get annual hike

This is a tricky question, in this case, they should consider the salary of month August and give a hike on it and increase salary should be credited...

I am asking because an M levels will not be provided annual hike(only till SA level hike will be provided) in november. But since if someone gets promoted to M level in november itself. I guess they will not get annual hike and will get only promotion hike
