Trending @Cognizant; Notice period for bench people

I joined cognizant on aug 9 2022.I was working on project for 18 months and got released.Now i am programmer analyst and my ageing is going to start because i completed 2 years here.I got another offer from company i said that i will be joining on September 2nd week.If i submit my resignation how long will it take.Will they give early release,will i be getting any pay.
