I got an offer from fractal analytics company as a Data Engineer, but they are not ready to wait for a 3 month notice. My colleagues are giving different suggestions -
- Take the release from the project and go on the bench. And then submit the papers so cognizant will release me early but not sure if it happens like that.
- Submit papers immediately after getting offer letter.
Also please suggest me how much percent hike i should ask.

What is your current role n TC? N how much fractal is offering?

Current CTC is 4.64 Lpa and fractal gave me 7 Lpa Saying your notice period is high and also I was absconded from one company, however that was not an IT job, it's not relevant. So fractal says if you get any counter offer in that case we may revise your package. But initially 7 only they could offer.
