What is notice period and bench period for Associate leval?
If you are in bench there is no notice period there is aging, average aging is 2months. If you are billed in a project then official notice period is 3 Months. It also depends on your manager. If you resign in bench, hr will release you immediately in 1-2days. Hope this answers your question.
Read your Offer Letter carefully. It is clearly written that either you or organization can terminate the employment by giving 90 days notice in advance. So, you can serve your NP, if Hr asks you for early release you can say NO. They can't force you for early release. We don't have to follow everything we are told.
Are you sure? If we resign on the bench period, will HR release us within 1 or 2 days?
Notice- 90 days. Bench period is 60 days but nowadays ~30
