Is anyone here who not yet promoted even though you have completed 30 months from DOJ and also worked from office 3 days per week ?
Yes, I have completed 33 months.. and my rating is 5, still not promoted. Whereas my Cohort mates got promoted. And they are not sending any mail also with a reason why I was not promoted
Better all leave CTS
Yes I am also not promoted but my manager told me reason like due to low RTO
I know many colleagues including me who have not gone to office even a day in last and current quarters but still got promoted. So definitely that’s not the valid reason.
I am leaving company just due to RTO, CTS is loosing an expert who is 2 years 8 months exp in project with rating 4 , stupid criteria of RTO
My other friends who are just went to office got promoted even there rating is 3 and having low project exp
Bros, Let me tell you all one thing; the HR is straight Robot. It DOESN'T MATTER whatever reason you give. They will simply say that the parameters are set from upper management. Upper management is from NYC and London type city (basically out of India). Where they are following 4 days of working (in germany) and they have a good policy for themselves. They will say like it is for maintaining equality in all candidates ( basically labours) where they don't know anything of project nature, and labour skill. They will pass only those who all will do this bluff stuff.. like RTO (Meaning less things).... Let me tell you bros if your Higher management wants you to get promoted they can... only thing is that you should be a major and important person in your application. But sometimes these managers will not do... MORAL OF STORY: Your luck is in their hand, don't try to do palmistry on your hand... HR means treating HUMAN as RESOURCE... suck as much as you can.. It is something like Africa. Africa is full of resources. Foreign companies will come and take all the gold and diamonds and they will make their country and company rich. Fact is that Africa is the poorest country...
Just leave the company guys who didn't get promoted due to RTO reason, we have many opportunities outside we just need to focus on applying for other companies rather working as donkeys to these CTS
