Trending @Cognizant; Not performing good

If i am in clients project and i am unable to perform good always deadline pass away and nobody is helping in that project and that technology i am working that is not open source . So what are the consequences if am not performing well and getting scolded? Will they remove me from project or will terminate me .

You are not alone in this matter, I am also in... Mostly they will release you from the project

I get so depressed on daily basis because of this project . My mental health is not also good . I get scared what if they terminate me

Ask them to release you...I was also facing the same problem and they released me from project

Speak with you manager that you need help. No one will be terminated for underperforming. You will be given a chance to upskill . You will be always be able to find a project which matches your skill set .
