I haven't been going to the office due to having to travel long distances and have been feeling stressed over it for a long time. There haven't been any warnings so far from HR but I still feel scared. Has anyone faced any consequences for this? Please let me know.

Speak to your project manager and home manager…request to work from a nearby office. They may consider if reasons are valid.
