Trending @Cognizant; Not getting release from my current project

I don't want to work in my current project why because they are not having rotational shift I have spoken with my project manager regarding this he have said me to spoke with the HR said that you need to work with this project for 3 months I don't like continue with my current project so I want to get release from my current project for that they are torturing me and utilising all my lease unnecessarily without informing me whom should I connect to explain all the scenario
