Trending @Cognizant; Not getting interview calls

Hi All, I've been actively applying for frontend development roles, but I haven’t received any interview calls yet. It’s been a challenging phase, but I’m committed to improving, learning, and staying motivated. Any suggestions to improve visibility?

Try to acquire skills or move to Scrum Master or Product Management roles - most demand in service+ Product companies a lot with high packages can negotiate/ accept for right candidates.

What are the skills needed to become a scrum master?

Yeah same situation. No calls, after applying for multiple job positions most of them rejected, because of budget constraints. Even though I am eligible for promotion and have been applying in cognizant internal jobs as well but no one is accepting the proposal. It will be tough now for Frontend devs, better keep learning to enhance your skills to backend, cloud or other AI skills which are in demand.

The major issue is the notice period also. If you change the NP days to 30 or make it a serving notice period. Then you might get calls.
