Hi folks,

I recently joined Cognizant 3 weeks ago and from the very first day they are sharing my profile for multiple requirements but not getting any calls or client rounds of interview.

I am getting frustrated and scared that for how long I am gonna keep like this and how long company is gonna keep me without project, please share if you have any experience like this ?

Just try to find the job outside cognizant, you will thank me, the company is filled with toxic projects
