Trending @Cognizant; Not getting any interview calls

I've been applying to many companies but not getting any interview calls at all. I believe it's because of the 90 day notice period. Any suggestions on this?

You need to network more. reach out to people in your industry, attend events, and use LinkedIn. The 90 day notice period is not the issue. It's all about who you know.
