What if the work model is remote?

Can anyone plz tell me I'll be completing my 30 months on sep 21st 2025, am I eligible for this quarter promotion? Will be in the eligibility list?

Is is auto promotion? Or lead have to recommend?

I have completed my 30 months on July 12 will I be eligible for this quarter??

How you know? You are also pa?

I will complete 2.5 years on 2nd March. So I am eligible or not for this quarter.

Is there not any other criterias like utilization and learning behavior?

I wanted to check regarding my promotion eligibility. I joined as a PT in October 2022 and completed two years in October 2024. At that time, I had received a performance rating of 3, but there was no promotion cycle then. In the recent appraisal cycle of January 2025, I received a rating of 2 since I was not allocated to any project during that period. However, from January onwards I have been allocated to a project and am contributing actively. Could you please clarify if my promotion eligibility will be considered based on my earlier performance rating when I completed two years, or if it will be dependent on my most recent rating?
