Trending @Cognizant; No work in the project

It's been 7 months since I got my first project but no body is caring about me. I have no work since then. I want to change company but I only have 1.2 years experience. What do u recommend

I was also in the same condition as you for exactly 1 year. You can't switch easily because companies are asking for hands on exp or overall exp of 2-4 years. The only thing you can do is upskill yourself , build network among managers and grab any opportunity according to your skillset.

I got a pretty good manager , so he pushed my name to someone else's project , so I got lucky

Developer gets more opportunities only when they have experience more than 3+. Try to reach till this exp and then find another job with better offer than others
