No update regards to allowance for past 2 months night shift and again they are providing night shift to associates. What needs to be done ?

Talk to your manager first, they might have some insight. If that doesn't work, escalate to HR, but keep calm and carry on for now

Talk to your manager nicely saying that you are not interested to work if they aren’t paying night shift allowance
