This is literally frustrating. What's the point of calling us back to the offices when there aren't any seats available. It's kind of a lottery to book a seat. If you're gonna book a seat book it at 12am otherwise later is the day you'll have nothing. Seems like I'm booking a match ticket. How are we supposed to fulfil 3 days a week otherwise? Has anyone raised concern regarding this because I feel like cognizant won't care and they'll just say you aren't coming to the office.
Seat situation is horrible. Even after I booked a seat Someone else is seated in my seat and refusing to vacate. And most importantly , the whole place is like fish market with people talking loudly. Horrible experience

Seat booking has become a big issue these days .. why are they calling everyone when there is no seat available … its so frustrating… and one more concept is really confusing as i do not understand why is Cognizant hiring tonnes of people every year when there is no work and no projects .. people like me on bench are frustrated because we are not getting projects but having to attend office for 10 hours unnecessarily … do not hire people if u cannot give them work and if u cant even give a seat for them.
What type of management is that, no seat in ofc. Even when i booked seat my chair got stolen when i went on lunch.
