Trending @Cognizant; No proper respect from Managers and team members, back from ML

Recently I resumed work after my ML and joined the same project which i worked on before my ML for 3 years. But now i am feeling Not getting proper respect/ response from Managers and team members. They are treating like a dump. Is the same for all the projects /all the companies or only my project (only in cognizant ) ? I am very fed-up with this
