Trending @Cognizant; No mail No contact suddenly Terminated in Cts company
Hi all, My colleague has been working in a Cognizant Company for the past 2 years. He was on the bench for the past 6 months. He suddenly terminated from the company without getting any mail from HR or from other higher management. his cognizant mail was blocked. He was talking with HR about this they simply said you are terminated without saying anything. He doesn't get a 3 month salary also. The HR said no compensation.
Suddenly terminated without sending any mail regarding termination.
How my colleague proceeded with that Give me any suggestions for this issue.
That's tough. He should try contacting HR again for a formal explanation and consider legal advice for unpaid dues. It's a tricky situation, but worth pursuing further.
There was no scn or personal hearings?? How can they do that ?? 😶thats horrible !!!
