This rubbish organisation is making a fool out of us.
They were supposed to give hikes in April, but deferred it to August.
And now in Q2 earnings call (30th July 2025) CFO and CEO were discussing that they have not yet decided on hike, and will probably defer it to later this year.
What is the point, ratings were submitted by managers on December 2024, and they will give hike by December 2025, doesn't make sense at all.

Is it true they have deferred the hike further ? As per last communication in August we will receive the hike letter

At 4:00 to 4:20 cfo and ceo have discussed that hikes have been deferred again, and they themselves aren't sure when they are gonna give hikes.
They are insane. First this ceo hired this cfo from last company now they are looting the company.
They have a toxic work culture. And the only person earning is the ceo
