I guess Cognizant is the only MNC in world which doesn't give any gift to employees on Diwali and strange thing no one is talking on LinkedIn about it.....

They sent me the company laptop in a cardbox box without any packaging. It was just a laptop and charger. Kinda knew it then what kind of a company it is

Yeah, it's disappointing when there's no festive cheer from the company. Maybe they're focusing on other benefits or cost-saving measures, but it does feel a bit meh
