Can any one help me to get clear please..i’m working on us shift from 5pm to 3am, last 1 years im getting shift allowance on every month, but last 3 month not paid… i checked with my manager he said i will check, after that no response… raised gsd ticket. Team telling check with your manager. They are playing game, where i reached out to get the exact information for why night shift allowance was not paid.
