When will next promotion nominations happen for this fourth quarter, many of them are expecting promotions in this quarter as they have given in Q1,2,3 and market is recovering now and many competitors for Cognizant like hcl wipro tcs have started giving hikes and promotions as revenue started increasing
If cognizant does not follow the same for Q4, it will loose many talented young blooded folks
Hope they follow the same they have done in previous quarters q(1,2,3) 2024.

You can check with your hm once, probably they have received the mail to give the details of employees they want to nominate or something like that.
