Hi Guys today I have received an offer from ltimindtree with 33% hike in in-hand salary, everything is fixed pay, no variables, joining date is 13th April 2026, so should I put my papers? Btw in 2026 end around dec is my marriage. My location is kolkata. My in hand salary would be 82k. Let me know your thoughts
