Getting a job offer with more than 50% hike, but shift timing is in US shift and technology is good in new company.

Not hoping for good hike here even in August month.

Confused whether I should stay back or leave. Thinking of current situation here, it's risky anytime. But never worked in US shifts before. Please help with your suggestions
