Trending @Cognizant; Need urgent project
I'm having 1.5yrs of experience in CTS but no project handson experience. My skill set is Java, spring boot, microservices and I'm from EPS IPM Java Domain Chennai location. Till now they haven't given me any opportunity to work in a project. I'm literally fed up of asking my manager and everyone I know regarding project allocation. Now they'll put me on the bench and ask me to resign when I'm unable to find a project. Please help me. Since I don't have a proper experience I can't even switch nor do I have any scope to switch. Please guide me what to do or what to study in order to get a project. I'm ready to learn new technology or new skills. Please guide me. Thank you in advance.
Discuss with your manager or HR raise a GSD and get to know who is your Hr and try to switch to other domain before you complete two years. Learn other domain skills which are in demand and switch this will be the best option for you.

Send the same “I would like to explore training in an alternative domain, as there currently aren’t projects available in the domain for which I received initial training. Since I didn’t have an option to select my training domain initially, I believe it would be more beneficial to focus on an area with greater project availability. Could you please suggest a domain with more opportunities and arrange for relevant training to help me secure a project in that field?”
