Trending @Cognizant; Need suggestions or am i wrong

I worked for A company for 6 years 1 month, and joined B company and its been 6 months with them however due to some financial issues I need to get one more jump as i am due marriage and all, so I gave an interview for C company, assume C company is TCS and I demanded 16LPA now the C company is negotiating salary with me as previous rounds are completed and I have cleared them and evaluationis also completed, they said first they will give 14 LPA I said fine, now they are saying we will give 12LPA then I said 13 is last thing I can do.. so seeing this hotch potch for AWS devops engineer skills, is it too much to ask? Currently my package is 8 though. What you think what will happen ..
