I am working as a cloud infra engineer,I have a total of 7 years experience - CTC less than 10LPA As a working mom due to many personal reasons I couldn't focus on growth Now I feel I can get some time as my child is grown now Can any one suggest how I can get 40 LPA job I know It sounds funny but really in the market will they give a hike more than 200% if we have good skill? I don't know after reading many comments on 40 LPA i started admiring about getting that
Next ctc always depends upon your current CTS.
You you want more ctc, then find out the first offer with 30 to 40% of hike, then later make a cross offer 2 3 times by different different companies. This is the only option you have.
To do this, you New’s more interview practice and study. Not sure about 40lpa but definitely you will receive near to 20.
Its not as Practical as you are dreaming , there are steps in between and with 7 years of Infra experience you may target to somewhere between 13-16 lacs not more than that . So control emotions and I would advice focus on learning and thriving .
