Trending @Cognizant; Need Suggestions: Accenture vs Capgemini – Which Offer Should I Choose?

Hello everyone,

I have 7.6 years of experience and have received offers from both Accenture and Capgemini.

• Accenture – Team Lead role | 26 LPA CTC (22.3–23 LPA fixed expected)
• Capgemini – Manager role | 26 LPA CTC (23 LPA fixed)

I am personally inclined toward Accenture because of the role, work culture, and hybrid flexibility. However, the fixed compensation at Capgemini is slightly higher.

I would appreciate suggestions from experienced professionals on which option would be better considering long-term growth, work-life balance, stability, and future opportunities.
