Trending @Cognizant; Need info on etl testing

Hi all, good morning I have been in etl testing for 2 years. I only using excel and sql. Nothing more than that. I like this job but want to explore more. If I search jobs outside, what skills will be expected?(onlythey mentioned etl). Could any expert or already experienced in this domain pls let me know.
