Hi guys, can please suggest what should I do next?

I'm currently getting 50k in hand at CTS. I got an offer from TCS. They initially promised me 10LPA but later told me that this didn't get approved and now have offered me 8LPA(7.5 fixed).

Should I move over to TCS? Here's the breakup offered by TCS
