Trending @Cognizant; Need help to get project on TMP

Hi

I am currently in PDP which started on 1st April. And applying many matching SO ids, but they are rejecting it. When I message the hiring manager they are telling that the position is not open.

This vicious cycle is going on since my first application on TMP.

Is there a shortage of project and what is the way to get tagged to an account?

I am a dotnet developer.
