I have 4 years of experience as MS SQL DBA and I'm not yet promoted to A and now I'm getting around 5LPA. How much can I expect if I switch a company. Please provide your suggestions. Thanks.

4 years!! That's crazy. Btw considering current market standards you should be getting a minimum of 12-15 LPA.
