Trending @Cognizant; Need Help from Cognizant Peoples

Hello I joined cognizant as a fresher I am a CSE engineer with 1 year gap, and I got proj which is related to life science and I have no option to reject it, it is assigned to me by BU level and I am not interested in that domain because if I start it will become my permanent domain and I really want to try coding/cloud computing

Please suggest something

Ideally you can ask for transfer after 3 months , but be very strong and expert in your core where you want to switch.

Hey need a advice
I had a word with my supervisor, she told me to draft a mail and send it to her stating that this is a new domain i.e life science and we are from computer science bg so if possible plz change this.

So will there be any consequences for this ?

no consequence, go ahead but please please strengthen your core and practice and learn as much as you can, stay in Cognizant for not more than 1.5 years, max 2.

Stay in that project only. Now it is quite difficult to find a project as a fresher. Most of the project is asking for Associate role.

just inform Home Manager about this, he can only help you in this situation

bro be in that project you don't have the option to opt out, but keep working on your core skills and later ask the manager to transfer to your core project. They will transfer you , but the catch is you will have to find the opening inside the Cognizant.
