Hello everyone

There was a tech evaluation(interview) conducted for me one month ago and unfortunately i have been unable to clear it. My total experience is 1.11 years and i have been in a non billable project in the starting 7 months and have been in bench since this year February. My aging hasn’t started yet because 2 years is not yet completed Still i have been issued show cause notice and there is personal hearing for me in 2 days for not clearing the interview . I have been told in the mail that i have to provide a justification to personal hearing officer. Can anyone let me know what can i do about it or what kind of questions to expect in this personal hearing?
