I will be released from my project tomorrow. I am new to CTS. In my TMP, it shows as below. Policy : ADP Policy Exemptrd SL Exclusivity : SL Exclusive. Release Status : VCDP What does this all mean? How is the pool status for lateral hires. Thanks for any guidance.

Vcdp is virtual deployment pool and you will only find SO within your practice and a date will be mentioned. Post the vcdp date you will move to PDP which is project deployment pool and you will find all open SO’s. Also ageing will start. You would have received an email from compass esa
