- Getting promoted from A to SA this month. Just got the confirmation today from my manager
What will be the hike percentage in total?
I see few people mentioning that the hike is 9% for those who have 2 consecutive 5 ratings. And when we add this promotion hike to that, how much can I expect.
I have got the same information that appraisal hike 9% and promotion hike will also be given but no info on promotion hike percentage.
Expecting promotion hike would be 15%(12 fixed and 3 variable) as standard 🤞.....
Whats the criteria for SA promotion & what's ur current domain & what is the % of hike after Promotion ?
Criteria: I have no idea on that. I'm eligible for SA promotion from 2022 itself and they are giving it now only. I have all good ratings. For example, I have got 5 ratings thrice in the last 4 years alone
Current Domain: QEA Insurance
Hike %: Yet to get details on that. Will update once it is confirmed
Promotion will give you rough 10-15% max
Did you receive any emails or communication regarding this promotion after two successive 5 ratings?
My manager told there are some chances of getting promoted but is there's no official communication.
I got confirmation from my manager. She said the official email will be sent on or before Nov 17th. Not sure if it is just because of the two successive 5 ratings though. I don't think everyone who received two consecutive 5 will get promoted. There will be some other criteria too
