Trending @Cognizant; Need clarification on q1 and q2 promotion 2025

I approached my Manager for PA -> A promotion. My manager told me that he nominated me and I should get promoted by May . He told me this info on March 20th. But I am not sure whether he is referring to q1 or q2 promotion?.
