Trending @Cognizant; Need clarification on Gratuity from offer letter.

Hi All,

Could you please help me to understand that gratuity amount which is mentioned in our offer letter will be given to us or not. If yes, when can we get that amount. I could see some amount from our fixed salary is deducted as gratuity.

Please let me know if you have any answers on it.

You will get gratuity after you complete 4yrs and some months. no gratuity is deducted from salary.

Thanks in CTS it will not deduct in salary or from your CTC. But other companies have gratuity in CTC. That is what I have been asking about.
