Hello all, Joined as a fresher in CTS getting 4.5lpa currently , almost going to complete 2 years in cts .if I planning to switch what is the hike percentage or how much PKG should I go with... to ask for next company

It depends on your skills, If you’re basically from data engineering, salesforce, software development you can definitely expect more than 50% hike. But some of my colleagues who are from support they’re not getting more than 15-20 %

Mention 80% increase, while going close you can have negotiation. Also, it depends on your role and skill set

mention 8-9LPA then say open to negotiation 👍

you can easily expect 50% of hike. Mostly pkg depends on your skills also.
