Trending @Cognizant; Need clarification

If I joined cognizant as a fresher If I want to move to other company after few days can I move to that company ?? Or I have to serve the notice period for 3 month ?? And also Is there any issue will I face at new company if I joined here and resigned and later joined in new company?
