Currently I am working in project on 27 feb I mailed to my manager and senior project manager for project release that I am getting any any promotion or any learnings they mentioned today project release is not possible you need to first find the project then we can release you from this project is this the way, what I can do on this
Well that might be the right strategic move. Find a project and then get the release from the current project. Have a backup- remember there are good amount of resources on bench waiting for a project.
What if I want to release from current project and go to bench and then release from this shitty company why I need to search other projects I just need release
I yesterday ask one other account team lead that is their any opportunities she told you first need to take release from your current account then only you can find other. Same happwning with me not much learnings not getting A promotion but also not want to come on PDP.
