Trending @Cognizant; Need advice on career transition as a QA (3 years exp)

I have 3 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, currently earning 6 LPA. My work so far has been around 80% manual testing and 20% automation (enhancing test scripts, not full framework development).

Now, when I attend interviews, most companies expect strong coding/automation (SDET-level) knowledge, which I’m not fully confident in yet. At the same time, I’m not interested in coding I don't want to be in SDET/Automation role. But I want to make a smart move in non coding with

Good demand in the market,

Pays decent salary growth compared to manual QA,

Doesn’t necessarily require me to become a hardcore developer immediately.

I’m exploring options like Data or Cloud etc

👉 For someone with my background, what role would you suggest I transition into for the best long-term growth? Any guidance or roadmap would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!
