Trending @Cognizant; Need advice from fellow Cognizant employees
How is cognizant as a company to think for long term career planning? Considering aspects of job security, Growth opportunities, learning/certifications provided and appraisals system ?
Have an mid senior level offer hence pls help in decision making and reviews! Total 8+ yoe and into Business bfsi domain TIA
Currently, cognizant has worst hikes and promotions. Growth opportunities are not so good as well… certifications are provided, at least in my tech-stack. I’m not sure outside of my BU. Personally, I wont recommend.
I have one contact in BFSI domain in consulting who recently joined and as per him BFSI in CTS has good opportunities. I can't speak about culture about the company since I too joined recently but consider it as any other service based company.
Don't join cognizant
Don't join cognizant. The company will kill your enthusiasm by changing criteria for promotions and hikes.
