Trending @Cognizant; Need advice

I joined cognizant as PA(GenC Next) campus hire in 2023, they allocated me to a client initially which got ram down and then I was moved to PDP, it been 5 months yet I couldn't get any project proposals as I don't have access to TMP. I even posted my resume in the community and cleared some interviews but I often got the issue that my I'd is not visible in the pool, even asked the TSC HRs about this but still didn't get any replies. What should I do?
