Okay...from YOE you are eligible for SA, not sure if 3 rating will make you eligible for SA. I was looking for SA promotion too and then dropped the idea as what I heard that 15% is the maximum they give, which to be honest won't make much difference for me. So, I dropped an email for salary increment with or without SA promotion as I'm working as a Lead directly report to Client and multiple SA reports me in work wise. Yet my team members are getting more money than myself just because some of my Team members have 12+ YOE while I have less than 6 Years of experience. I tried my best to talk to everyone and quoted a salary range in email and none of my managers seemed interested in discussing this with me. Now, I'm getting an offer with a 40% hike and might be dropping paper by the end of this month. I got 5/5 ratings and in CTS for 2.5 years now.
